    Spartan Woman weekend will be hosted at the Sawmill Training Complex located just outside Greenville, SC. The unique experiential training has been crafted by Stacy and her husband, retired Navy SEAL Thom Shea, to coalesce the curriculum with practical experiences to give an opportunity to execute each pillar of strength.
